A web log based on the principle that a civilized society deserves democratic government based on integrity. The premise here is the U.S. democracy has effectively been subverted by oligarchical forces which must be opposed with facts and rational thought. (An RSS feed is recommended.)

Kudos to the U.S. Military

It isn't often I am able to applaud the United States military for its major operations. For their heroic work in and around Japan, today is such a moment for recognition. The U.S. military, under the overall command of President Barack Obama, is deploying admirably in that disaster-struck nation.
