Ron Paul: U.S. Attack on Libya un-Constitutional

U.S. Representative and former Presidential candidate Ron Paul, has stated on the House floor that the United States attack on Libya yesterday is un-Constitutional. His statement is must-reading for all lovers of the Constitution. (Click blog post title above or cut and paste link below.)
