Cantor, Ryan Accused of Being Authors of Sequester

A Democratic Internet Source is claiming that Representatives Cantor and Ryan talked Speaker Boehner into the idea of a sequester in the infamous budget talks of 2011.

So this is now the Boehner/Cantor/Ryan Sequester Law. 

By the way, didn't we the people reject Mr. Ryan in the last election?
