Quick Post --
In what some are calling the most important decision of the term, the Supreme Court has upheld the state of Arizona's citizen redistricting commission. This is indeed an important decision, as it represents at least one state which has a truly non-partisan board set up to plan for the Congressional redistricting which takes place every ten years. In the past such redistricting has been a playground for partisan horse-trading and gerrymandering. Those days appear to be over for good in Arizona.
