A web log based on the principle that a civilized society deserves democratic government based on integrity. The premise here is the U.S. democracy has effectively been subverted by oligarchical forces which must be opposed with facts and rational thought. (An RSS feed is recommended.)

Don't Like the Candidates?

As I did in 2008, I have a web site listing the lesser-known candidates for President. If you think the current remaining candidates are just fine, you may want to look over the referenced web site out of curiosity. If, like many, you are dissatisfied, the lists of declared candidates here may offer hope -- or maybe not. (I am working hard to control my cynicism. Can you tell?) No matter your current feelings, it is interesting to see there are alternatives to "Obamney." N.B. I vastly prefer Pres. Obama to Mr. Romney. Long-time readers, however, will be familiar with my doubts regarding Mr. Obama's qualifications.
