The speaker from John Hopkins University here is excellent. His statement about Pres. Obama not following up on good words and gestures, appears to be out of date to some extent, as U. S. recognition of the socialist regime of Cuba has happened this year. More needs to be done. Fidel Castro cannot be said to be an angel. Yet nor is he a devil. Who is Castro? This video gives some clue.
