As the report shows, the individual was convicted of an offense for merely laughing at the Sessions confirmation hearing. According to the report it was law enforcement who paraded the otherwise peaceful lady out of the room.
Also, the increase in laws attempting to penalize protesting is alarming. While seeming to protect public safety, many of these laws are reportedly aimed at squelching leftist protest. This at a time when protesting the outrages of the government is a mark of sanity.
